📝 Offer accepted and home inspection completed! My listing at 306 Ilyssa Way faced some stiff competition this week with multiple offers by some really great people. My seller chose a very strong one and I’m hoping for a smooth ride to the closing table.

🏚 I noticed a couple of REO’s (Real Estate Owned aka foreclosures) hit the market in the last week. Possibly some deals to be had. Check all available REO’s here. Then, when I was putting this email together, I saw an article about an uptick in foreclosures hitting the market (article below). Interesting- sign of things to come?
