What’s going on in the Staten Island/NYC Real Estate world this week?
As always, I’d like to provide you with some light reading for your Sunday so you’re up to date on the current Real Estate market in Staten Island, Brooklyn, NYC and beyond!
📈 Made four offers this week for four separate buyers. What?! I had barely made an offer for a buyer at all in 2023, and January 2024 is already hitting like this?! Nuts. Buyers are back.
📉 The reverse side of that? Well- buyers are back! Not just mine….everyones. Out of those 4 offers, only 1 was accepted- and we had to go OVER ask to get it done! The others? Had to give “highest and best”, and even at or over asking price wasn’t highest or best- they went with other offers! I had to check the calendar to see if it was 2022 again.
